Rules of the Valley National 8 Ball League

Valley National 8-Ball League Association is a pool league that has almost 100,000 members. There are also dozens of weekly leagues in different cities. It is also the largest amateur pool league in the world, with players from 36 states and 36 different countries. VNEA is also an entertainment business that generates huge amounts of revenue. Apart from participating in local leagues the players are also eligible to compete in Valley National 8-Ball League Association international championships. These championships are held every year from May 27 to June 5.

The Valley National 8-Ball League Association allows players to compete in leagues based their skill level. Each league has its captain. The captain is responsible for collecting the league fees and keeping score sheets. The captain coordinates all activities and ensures that everyone understands the rules. The captain also helps the team prepare for events, and is responsible for collecting scores.

The VNEA has a reputation for promoting good sportsmanship. VNEA members have voted to award the Sportsmanship Award. Players have been recognized for their efforts. The league promotes the business of its sponsors. VNEA members can access assistance through the operator network. LeagueSMART offers software, increased revenue, and table control. The league also provides a variety of league materials, including score sheets, table markers, envelopes, and other supplies.


VNEA Pool Leagues offer friendly competition to players, who will be competing against other league members in round-robin format matches. Players are required to play on 7 by 3.5 ft "bar box" coin-operated pool tables, which are smaller than 9 by 4.5 ft regulation tables. VNEA leagues frequently organize individual tournaments for players who are not looking to play in a team.

Shane Bloomberg is another pool player with an impressive and long history in the VNEA. He is the grandson of Jeanie (Gary) Bloomberg. Shane has been a member of VNEA since the age nine. He went on to be one of the top pool players in the country. He is a frequent contender on the Pro Tour, and is likely to be named Player Of The Decade 2020.
